Truvai LLC operates this website and respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you visit and contact us through it.
What information we collect
This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, and no payment processing. We do not set cookies, we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font host, so simply loading a page does not send a request to any outside service. The only information we directly collect at this time is through email - please see the email clause below for more information.
Server information
Our hosting provider automatically records standard request data and — IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp for performance, security and protecting it from abuse. We use this information only to operate and secure the site. We do not use them to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share them.
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your address, your name, and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to you and to evaluate potential engagements. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for that purpose or as required for our records, and we do not redistribute your information without your permission.
Client information
Information belonging to clients, including anything we access while performing work, is governed by the confidentiality terms of the applicable engagement agreement rather than by this policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we collect so little, this will usually amount to email correspondence. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our terms explicity state that only individuals who are 18 years or older and agree to the terms of the website have authority to use it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Adding analytics, a contact form, or any other collection would require a revision of this page before it takes effect.
